Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require additional processing time.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. In most cases, orders are delivered within 10-20 business days. Please note that unexpected delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (when available) so you can monitor its progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Cuki is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost or has not been delivered, please contact us. We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier and, if the package is confirmed as lost, a replacement or refund may be issued in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
